At Asaanu Valley Resort, reservations canceled up to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 6 to 3 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will not be refunded. Guests who fail to check in on their reservation date without prior notice will forfeit the entire booking amount. Early departures will not qualify for a refund for unused nights. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, guests may be eligible for flexible rescheduling without additional charges. Changes to reservations, including rescheduling or shortening the length of stay, must be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date to avoid penalties.
